Noreen Oliver MBE is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of The BAC (Burton Addiction Centre) O’Connor Centre’s in Staffordshire. She has extensive experience in the field of rehabilitation and integrated services, she has successfully over the last 12 years developed a Recovery Community in Staffordshire which has received numerous awards and rehabilitated thousands of individuals and families, from detoxification through to independent living and employment. The service is full intergrated across the full spectrum of care and beyond, with partnerships with agencies who historically sit outside the treatment field, ie housing, employment and education. The recovery model in Staffordshire demonstrates the importance of ownership of the Recovery agenda by all partners and the Community. Noreen is also Chair & Founder of RGUK (The Recovery Group UK).
